1. Initial Consultation
Our initial consultation is a crucial step in the design process. We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation with one of our experienced jewellery consultants to discuss your needs. This consultation allows us to get to know you and your unique style, as well as your budget, ensuring that the final design meets your expectations. This is a no obligation consultation.
2. Curating the Design
After the initial consultation, our team of skilled designers will work closely with you to begin curating the design of your piece. We kindly request a deposit to begin designing at this stage. We use the latest technology to create a 3D mockup of your design, allowing you to see a visual representation of the final product. This process ensures that you are completely satisfied with the design before we begin the creation process. We would then have a subsequent consultation to finalise your design.
3. Creation Period
Once the design is finalised, our team of expert craftsmen will begin the creation process. The actual creation period of your jewellery will take about 4 - 6 weeks. During this time, our team of expert craftsmen will use high-quality materials and techniques to bring your design to life. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring that every piece is of the highest quality.
4. Delivery
Once your piece is complete, we will carefully package it and deliver it to you. We offer free insured shipping within the United Kingdom and ship across the world. Our team will provide you with tracking information so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
